Application requires two parts:

Part 1: Complete and submit this form.
Part 2: Pay membership fee of CHF 50 or CHF 25 via PayPal or credit card (note: you can pay by credit card using the PayPal link even if you do not have a PayPal account).

The Membership Year consists of the calendar year. However, all new members after July 1st get the remainder of that year and the full following year.

IMPORTANT:

Before making a payment, please check if you are eligible for the 50% discount. The discount applies to members of the following associations: APT, APTI, APPTA, BAPT, CAPT, JAPT, IAPTP, ATPT, KAPT.
If you are not sure that your payment went through, please check whether you have received a confirmation email from PayPal before making a second payment.
