Terms & conditions: The IC-PTA keeps the Personal Data indicated in the contact form as long as its retention is necessary in view of the purpose for which the data was collected, respectively to the extent that there is a legal obligation to retain it (normally 10 years). Once the purpose for which the Personal Data was collected has lapsed, respectively, the retention obligation established by law has expired, the IC-PTA shall provide for the permanent and secure deletion of the data or, alternatively, their anonymization.
